5/5 stationary lunges two 12kg

10 get up sit ups – 20#

Finish

Farmer’s walk – 40 yards – 2/ 20kg

20 BW squats

10 push ups (PCC style)

3 rounds    then stretch

WHEW!!!

followed by some high powered vitamin C powder and a good lunch, heavy on the protein
