i did not have a lot of time today, but I still wanted to get my training in. It can be done! This workout took about 20 minutes

Suitcase DL to reverse lunge – 5/5
Bridge holds – 20 to 30 seconds

Three rounds
30 second jump rope (85-95 reps)
10 swings – 53# bell
10 box jumps – 18 inch box
Stretch
Then lunch – Brussels sprouts and meatballs
