Today’s workout felt awesome!! It might look a little familiar to a few of my clients. Two Rounds Swings – 10 Reverse Lunge 5/5 Goblet Squat – 10 1 Hand Swing 10/10 Three Rounds Suitcase DL to Reverse Lunge – R Press – R SCDL

I only had a few minutes today. Double Bells 5 – swings 5 – cleans 5 – presses 5 – squats 5 – snatches keep bells overhead and walk 40 yards Three rounds

Dead bug —same/same, opposite/opposite 10  each

This felt good. Starting to get my strength back. Timing a little off in the jerks but that will come.

a fricking lung burner Getting back in the swing of things. This workout was simple, but definitely not easy. Tomorrow morning is outdoors and my groups will be doing this workout. Not going to spoil the surprise for them. [insert evil laugh]

Today I actually felt energetic so thought I would take advantage of it, while I felt strong. Lying on floor, double bell chest press ladder 1-10 Lying on floor, double bells up, single leg raise, ladder 1-10 Double kettlebell row, descending ladder 10 to 1

Kept the weights extremely light. Still felt tired but energized at the same time! I like it.
