Today's Training (April 30, 2015) and I Just Want To Soak Up Some Sun

Today’s Training 

Warm up with some crawling and rolls

Set the timer for 15 minutes

Double bells 

Front squat – 1

Press -3

Front squat – 2

Press – 2

Front squat – 3

Press – 1


Hanging knee raise – 15

Jump rope – 100 reps

Five rounds

I Am Ready For Some Sun

The weather is getting warmer and it is great to see the sun. I am ready to hang in the sun and soak up some vitamin D.  About 30 minutes front and back and I will be good. It is so energizing.
