6 Week Blueprint to Stronger and Leaner —

I developed this program for women who are looking to lose fat and gain strength heading into the holidays. Summer is over and it’s time to buckle back up and get to work. This program is designed to help you lose fat all while not having to count a single calorie or macro. You will be building a better relationship with food, losing body fat and getting stronger. In six weeks you will notice some amazing changes to your life.

If you are sick and tired of trying every single diet, every single new shiny object, every single 30 day quick fix, it’s time to get a handle on your nutrition. If you have never touched a weight or if you are a seasoned vet with strength training, you are going to learn how to work smarter not harder. Each strength workout will last about 30-45 minutes, 3x per week. These can be done at home and will require minimal equipment – dumbbells and/or bands. You won’t be spending hours working out. You won’t have to hamster-wheel yourself with cardio either. When it comes to fat loss, nutrition is the driver of that car, strength training is the passenger and cardio is the the kids in the back asking if we are there yet.

I get it, we are all busy. Sometimes we just don’t want to be overwhelmed with tracking our food and our calories. I typically prescribe macro numbers for my coaching clients because it is the most accurate. To me, it is a way to learn portion sizing and what each food is made up of. But, sometimes that’s a lot. Sometimes, we can dial it way back and start with the protocol that is implemented in this 6 week blueprint protocol. This protocol will be using a balanced plate approach. You won’t have to count calories, you won’t have to count macros. If you don’t want your nutrition to occupy your time and mental energy, this approach is for you. If you want to still learn about nutrition and portions and all the good juicy stuff, this is for you. Anyone can learn more about nutrition. Anyone can learn more about strength training.

If you are tired of being insecure and tired of being a victim of your own excuses, it’s time to step up and believe in yourself. It’s time to get rid of the “all or nothing,” the “I have to be perfect,” the feelings of being unworthy and the feeling of constantly being stuck. Stop letting food control you. Food is food. It’s not good or bad. Take it off that pedestal. Stop depriving and start living. The foods you love can and should be part of a healthy diet. Let’s get there. When we “off-limit” foods, of course we want them more. When we know it’s okay to have them, the obsession diminishes. Let’s learn to live without the food extremes.

Let’s get going. Let’s get to work. Let’s cozy up to fall and head into the holidays feeling confident.
