My name is Peggie Larsen, I own PL Coaching, a nutriton and fitness coaching business. I am a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, kettlebell instructor and mindset coach. I primarily work with women who believe they have been left behind by the industry. They typically think they are too old or that it’s too late to make any lasting changes. They don’t want to look like their 20 year old selves, they just want to look good and feel healthy for their now selves. I help with that.
What I Do
I help women ditch yo-yo dieting and help them achieve their goals without giving up their favorite foods.
I provide a personalized nutrition/macro plan. It is individualized for you in order for your unique self to achieve results. You will have the accountability you need in order to make progress. You will have a weekly check in with some in depth questions. You know, the ones that really make you think about things.
I help my clients feel empowered during their time with me. We use the simple and effective basics.
I provide support and encouragement every step of the way. This means working through the tough stuff. This means celebrating wins and also making adjustments to your program when needed.
You are going to learn about nutrition and you will becoming aware of how your body responds to the food you are giving it. You will learn about calories, macros, fiber and other nutrition-related topics.
You will be getting the missing piece in other programs – mindset and behavior change psychology. You will learn how to leverage these things to help you achieve your goals. If you have a setback you will learn how to navigate through it. When you make mistakes or think you don’t have willpower, I will show you how to move through those mindset blocks.
I will never tell you what to eat, but will teach you how to eat. I will help you believe in yourself and your abilities to reach your goals.
I will teach you that you can eat your favorite foods and still see results. It’s not all or nothing and you do not have to be perfect. Perfect is boring. We do progress over perfection around here.
