Hi, I am Peggie Larsen, I help “middle-aged” women take back their bodies and their lives by showing them how to eat, not what to eat. I provide a lifestyle fix, not a quick fix.

I help you achieve the best results you can get from workouts that last 30 minutes or less. These workouts are efficient and effective and can be done anywhere.

I am an RKC certified kettlebell instructor, I am also Progressive Calisthenics Certified (PCC) and Level 1 and Level 2 Precision Nutrition certified. I am also a certified personal trainer and youth fitness trainer.

I love to help anyone reach their full potential and believe in themselves.
