This is a series of 21 Days of workouts. Each concentrates on a specific bodypart or body area. There will be five series. The first two have been released: 21 Days To A Better Butt and 21 Days To A Better Core. The following three will be released as soon as they are available: 21 Days to Better Arms, 21 Days To A Better Back and Chest, and 21 Days To Better Legs.

Each series is $21. Buy all or buy just the ones you want. You do not have to buy all of them.

21 Days is not a long period of time to get going on making some positive changes. Each of the workouts in the series lasts less than 15 minutes. Little equipment is required and these can be done any time you want.
